As a child, I was drawn to the organic sound of the oboe as it soared through the woodland campus of Usdan Center for the Creative and Performing Arts. It was the sweet sound of lengendary oboist, Lois Wann playing oboe for her student. I was her last oboe student at The Juilliard School after decades of teaching excellence. I received my MM at the Yale School of Music. In addition to studying with Lois Wann, and Ronald Roseman, I have studied privately and in masterclasses with John Ferillo, Elaine Douvas, John Mack, Mary Watt and Bert Lucarelli.
